POLICIES - PLEASE READ

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows forfeit the session and retainer.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the studio or near the property.

This includes cigarettes, vapes, and any smoking devices.

Editing Style Policy

All images are edited in my signature style.

Additional retouching or edits beyond the original delivery may incur an extra fee.

Studio Care Policy 

Please treat the studio space with care.

Any damages caused during the session may result in a repair fee.

Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving photo-ready.

Hair, makeup, and wardrobe preparation are not included unless booked separately.

Inspiration Photos Policy

Inspiration photos are welcome for guidance.

Exact replication of another photographer’s work is not guaranteed.

Social Media Use Policy

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you prefer your images not be shared, please notify me in writing.

Studio Time Limit Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Additional time may be available for an added fee if the schedule allows.

Food & Drinks Policy

Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio unless discussed in advance.

Children Policy (if relevant)

Children must be supervised at all times.

The studio is not child-proofed.

Damage & Liability Policy

The photographer is not responsible for personal belongings.

Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the session.

Rescheduling policy:

While I try to accommodate reschedules, I can't guarantee a reschedule for mini sessions due to setup and availability.

Refund Policy

All retainers and session fees are non refundable.

Refunds are not provided for missed or canceled sessions.

Late policy:

If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened.

Image Storage & Re-Upload Policy

Final images are delivered digitally.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Please note that final edited images are not stored after delivery.

While they're in the gallery delivery site available anytime,

I can't guarantee that photo delivery company will be there forever. *Re-upload/edits will require a $175 fee.
